  Open-Box:

Like-New products that were either never used or very lightly used. Comes with the original box, which was opened and resealed.

  Renewed – Grade A:

Professionally refurbished products in excellent overall condition. Some units will be pristine while others will have minor blemishes. The screen itself will be flawless while powered on.

  Renewed – Grade B:

Professionally refurbished products in good overall condition. Units will have moderate blemishes. The screen itself will be very good, but could have minor blemishes.
