Send an RMA Request

To start a Return or a Warranty Claim, send an email to support@importedbrands.ca with the following:

  • Your Invoice or Order Number
  • Serial Number of the unit
  • Brief description of the issue
Return Policy:

You may return anything within 30 DAYS from the purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping. A Restocking Fee of up to 15% may apply

Warranty Information:

All products come with a ONE-YEAR WARRANTY. The Warranty covers all issues except for:

  • Accidental damage caused by the user
  • Software Issues

If the product arrives DOA (has an issue right away), we will pay for return shipping.
If the product is not DOA, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund with an equal or greater valued product.
We are not responsible for any data left on the hard drive.
Extended Warranties are available for an additional cost.
