Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Requests
Please send an e-mail to: support@importedbrands.ca
Please include the following:
- Your Imported Brands Invoice Number
- Serial Number
- A brief description of the issue
Return Policy
Our Standard Warranty Period is 90 Days from the date of purchase. Extended Warranties are available for an additional cost.
A 15% Restocking Fee may apply to No Fault Found Returns
***IBC is not responsible for any user data saved to the computer. Please ensure all important data is backed up before returning the PC
Return Resolutions
- We will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
- If possible, we will attempt to resolve the issue without having to bring the product in for repairs (via email or a phone)
- If that is unsuccessful, we will have the product returned to IBC for repairs
- If the product was Dead on Arrival (DOA), we will arrange to get the product back to IBC
- If the product was not DOA, the customer will be responsible for returning the product to IBC
- If the product is successfully repaired: We will return the product at IBC’s expense
- If we are unable to repair the product: We will ship a replacement product
- If we do not have a replacement: We will issue a credit or full refund at the discretion of IBC
IBC reserves the right to repair, replace or refund with an equal or greater product at their discretion
