Hardware problems that were not caused by the owner, such as defective keyboards, monitor problems, modem or other issues with internal components. The general warranty will cover replacement parts and labor for repairs. Laptop batteries are guaranteed to hold a charge. Any battery failing to meet that standard can be replaced during the warranty period. ***IBC is not responsible for any user data saved to the computer. Please ensure all important data is backed up before returning the PC
What’s not covered?
- Accidental damage (i.e. Fire, Water)
- Physical or user caused damage
- Any tampering, repair or modification by unauthorized personnel voids the warranty,
- Damage caused by third party accessories that are attached to the device
IBC is not responsible for any user data saved to the computer. Please ensure all important data is backed up before returning the PC.
